Reccomended Application: Massage well into the feet paying particular attention to areas of dry or hard skin, allow time for the cream to be absorbed. For the best result, soak your feet in salty warm water for 10 minutes to soften them. Gently move the stone in a circular or sideways motion around your foot to remove dead skin. Apply the cream and wear 100%cotton socks for at least 30 minutes.
