Guarantee & Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement – as long as you return it to us within 14 days, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Please follow these four steps to return your item:

1. In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within (14) fourteen days from receipt. You just send us a notice of cancellation in writing to Rosense UK Customer Service(sales@rosense.co.uk) or using contact form on contact us page. On your cancelation e-mail you will need to provide full details of your CON(Customer order no) with detailed reason of the goods you would like to return.

2. Return your package by recorded delivery
You’ll need to keep hold of your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.

3. We’ll be in touch within 20 working days with your refund, replacement or exchange
Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check they’re unused and sealed – and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 20 working days for processing.

if you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Rosense Uk Ltd. will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.

But please remember :
If you’ve bought something online or via mail order, it can only be returned or exchanged via the website.
Unfortunately, our website can’t process a refund or exchange on sale items.
Any refund due to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used (or in the form of other method of payment) by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note that we can’t refund delivery charges or refund charges We can only pay for delivery charges when exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders .
